Principal's Corner
VVMS families! It is exciting to announce the many things happening here at Vista Verde. Under the direction on our new ASB Director, Mrs. Johnston, our teachers have started a variety of clubs; some of our new additions include the Cullinary Club, the Eco Club, Tech Club, Chess Club, Cougar SWAG (dance club), and many more! Also, Val Verde USD has reinstated our MS Sports program under the direction of Mr. Kramer, Athletic Director for Middle School Sport. We have a total of four seasons and each includes a variety of sports. Our Vista Verde Sports Coordinator is Mr. Uzzi; please contact him or see our sports sections for more details.
Finally, parents and guardians, GET INVOLVED! We are offering workshops throughout the year through our new Cougar Parent Center. Please stay tuned and get all the information through our website, Peachjar, our Marquee, Blackboard, and/or email. Also, if your child is absent, use our new online system to excuse his/her absence under our Parent Tab. So much is happening in our Cougar Home so DON'T MISS OUT!
